Kristina Sleyster, BCHHP, RID

Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner

Certified Health & Wellness Coach

Registered Interior Designer

For the past two decades Kristina has been on a health and wellness journey, studying and analyzing an array of subjects from organic, inorganic, physical and social sciences to profound metaphysics.  The exploration began as she grappled with multiple health conditions that medical doctors were not able to address. Her quest was life changing as it reveled a myriad of natural and alternative methods allowing her to restore health and vitality.

Kristina’s 15 years of experience in Interior Design, provided first hand experience on the negative health impacts from the built environment. After extensive research, and studying with the Building Biology Institute it became clear. The buildings we occupy and the products we use, can be as detrimental or beneficial to our health and wellbeing as the food we consume and the company we keep.

For many of us, our modern buildings, culture, food and lifestyles are no longer supporting us in the way we need to thrive. Kristina believes that health and wellness are not only important for our personal quality of life, but critical for humanity as whole and interconnected beings. We owe it to ourselves, our creator and each other to put forth our best and healthiest version.

Kristina is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and is currently perusing a Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy, including the study of biological sciences: biology, organic and biochemistry, physics, anatomy and physiology.
