Kristina’s passion for natural health and wellness began about two decades ago when her own health declined. After medical doctors left more questions than answers, Kristina spent the next two decades on a health and wellness journey studying and analyzing an array of subjects from organic, inorganic, physical and social sciences to profound metaphysics. Her quest was life changing as it revealed a myriad of natural and alternative healing methods allowing her to restore her health and vitality. Through this journey it became clear, our modern food, culture, buildings and lifestyles are not at the level we need to thrive. Kristina realized our 24/7 always on, synthetic culture lacks balance with the Earth and natural human rhythms. She believes that proper balance is not only important for our personal quality of life, but critical for humanity as a whole as we struggle to maintain health and vitality.
Kristina has a Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy. Her studies include nutrition, anatomy, physiology, biology, quantum physics, science of wellbeing, herbal medicines, Ayurveda, kinesiology, building biology, homeopathy, MRT, organic and biochemistry. She is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Registered Interior Designer, wife and mother. Her passion for the natural world began as she grew up on a small farm in the Midwest. That passion continues in Texas, where she enjoys gardening, camping, hiking, and spending time in nature between her research on natural health and wellness.
