We start our consultation process with a few in depth, confidential wellness surveys to evaluate history, health, lifestyle and environment. Followed by a 2 hour individual virtual consultation with Dr. Sleyster to discuss the survey evaluations, lifestyle and wellness goals. Price $130.
The 1-hour follow up consultation includes a 1-hour virtual session with Dr. Sleyster to continue the balanced lifestyle approach and personal wellness goals. Price $80.00.
The 30-minute virtual check-in is an express session to stay on track with the balanced lifestyle approach and personal wellness goals. Price $40.00.
